• Birth certificate
• Current physical – Cobb County form or Class 3 BSA form
• Registration fee – Bring 3 checks
(1 for Registration - and 2 for deposits)

Thursday, November 20th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. A Parent must be
present to sign paperwork.
Banquet - December 4th at 6:30pm in Kell Cafeteria
